This program is designed to deliver quick, impactful results, similar to the rigorous pace of a fighter’s training camp. It’s perfect for fight enthusiasts looking to get in shape, learn new skills, connect with like-minded individuals, and enjoy the journey along the way.

The program is divided into three stages:

STAGE 1:
"PRE-CAMP"

This initial phase kicks off before formal training begins. Here, we take "before" photos, equip you with boxing gloves, two branded training shirts, and provide you with essential resources, including:

1. Nutritional Strategy Coaching – A detailed guide to help you align your diet with your training goals for the next 12 weeks.
2. Recipe Book – Recipes designed to complement your diet plan, helping you lose fat while staying energized for training.
3. Stretching Routines – Techniques to prevent injury and keep joints flexible.
4. Consistency Diary – A tool to track your progress and build lasting habits that go beyond the 12-week program.
5. Access to Our Training App – At-home or gym-based weight training workouts to accelerate your results.

STAGE 2:
"fight CAMP"

During this 12-week stage, you’ll train, eat, stretch, and recover with the discipline of a professional fighter. The focus is on building a solid foundation in technique, burning calories, and developing strong, sustainable habits in our three weekly classes. At the end of these 12 weeks, we’ll capture "after" photos to document your transformation as you step closer to your goals and prepare for Stage 3.

STAGE 3:
"fight READY"

In this final stage, you transition to our regular classes to keep progressing. The gains made in the past 12 weeks lay the groundwork, but the journey doesn’t stop here. Stage 3 allows you to refine your skills and experience continual growth. We also offer ongoing Nutritional Strategy and Training Coaching in this stage to ensure you stay at the top of your game.
